About the Role

As a Compliance Analyst in the operations team at Nordark, you will be working closely with our COO and compliance officers. Your main areas of focus will be tracking crypto transactions and assessing compliance risk associated with crypto. Joining the company at an early stage, you have a possibility to impact the internal processes for crypto compliance greatly.

We are looking for exceptional candidates with a passion for on-chain detective work, as well as an understanding of business/finance. If you have a creative and self-starter mindset, there is no limit as to how much you can grow within Nordark.

Main Responsibilities

Duties will include but are not limited to:

• Controlling proof of source of (crypto) funds
• Assessing risk of money laundering and terrorist financing
• Preventing and investigating any breach of financial sanctions
• Finding and reporting any suspicious behaviour to the relevant person/authorities

Requirements

• Able to work at our Vilnius office
• Demonstrable skill navigating block explorers
• Able to work with transaction monitoring tools (Chainalysis)
• An interest in cryptocurrency and banking/finance

Meritorious

• Experience in financial compliance
• Experience in crypto (professional or personal)
